We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right—whether a rare defect, a wrong item, or damage in transit—we’ll work to make it right.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns for store credit are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached and original packaging intact.
- Swimwear, accessories, and sale items are final sale.
How to Start a Return: Contact us at support@Leisuretravelwear.com, and we’ll guide you through the steps. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit: Once received and approved, store credit will be issued via email and valid for 30 days.
Lost Packages: If marked delivered but missing, check with the carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages unless covered by shipping insurance.
